Sweet Siblings

My photo session today proved that there's value in using the same photographer. I photographed these adorable kids when I started my business, and I was at their home to photograph their sister not too long ago. These kids didn't flinch when it was time for pictures. They comfortably sat down in front of me, smiled, and then went on their merry little way!

Today

I followed my kids around with a camera today. I've taken the month of January to focus on completing photo books of my own kids, but I miss my camera. I miss photo sessions. I miss the "escape" of working with pictures.

I'm looking forward to working with you again in February.

Laundry is Fun!

My good friend, Heather, of Moritz Fine Designs, is decorating her laundry room. She wanted some fun pictures of her boys to adorn the room. We headed to an old, eroded, vintage laundromat for some laundry fun!

I've had a lot of inquiries about photographing in the winter months. I'm a natural light photographer and will always choose to be outside if possible. Yes, it can be cold, but the pictures can be beautiful. This family braved the 16 degree weather on Saturday. Yes, you can schedule appointments during the winter months!
